Heather is 23!
Paige's umbilical cord fell off on Heather's birthday and I was telling Heather that I remember standing at her changing table with my mom and asking about her umbilical cord:)
Being 23 brings on all new responsibilities, like being a wonderful Aunt to Paige:)
