Planting Flowers

We went up to Grammy and Grumpy's house the day before the big Father's Day/ PawPaw's 80th Birthday Party BBQ and Paige was happy to help with some of the prep work, like planting flowers for the centerpieces.

Grumpy had nice "clean" dirt for Paige to plant with and showed her how to put the dirt in and then the flowers.

Paige was very proud of planting the flowers in the pots. Here she is as happy as can be coming to show mom her masterpiece:)

Paige loves watering flower pots with her watering can. Grammy had plenty of pots for Paige to water.

Here is my favorite video recently. It is long, but just so sweet to watch. 

Before she started planting the pots with Grumpy, we set all of the pots out and she began to bring handfuls of dirt over to the pots across the yard. Then she gets smart and decides, on her own, to pick up the pot and bring it over to the dirt. It is pretty cool to watch her little mind work as she figures out how everything in the world works:)
