Where did July go?

It's already August! What the heck happened to the month of July?!?
Adam and I have been enjoying the summer..we have been to Concerts in the Park, the OC Fair, and took a trip up the coast this past weekend.
Here is Adam enjoying fried spam at the OC Fair. We also tried fried pop tarts, a chocolate dog (tootsie roll w/ corn dog batter), and fried cheese ravioli, among other wonderfully artery clogging foods:)
This past weekend, we headed up north for the Gilroy Garlic Festival.Along the way we stopped in the redwoods for a hike....

and in Santa Cruz to check out the board walk and a concert on the beach.

Here Adam is at the Garlic Festival. This festival is huge and this year a lady from Madison, WI won the garlic recipe cook off.

On the way home we stopped in Pismo Beach, Paso Robles, San Louis Obispo, and at the San Juan Batista Mission. We could have spent a whole weekend at each of these places!
