Our Travels to WI and Staying at Grandma & Grandpa's

Well...I am going to begin our BLOG posts from our trip to Wisconsin...it is hard to know how to divide these up, since we did so many things and Paige had a chance to meet so many new people and go to so many new places. This post is all about our flight out to WI and her stay with the Grandma and Grandpa Howard.

Here we are waiting at our gate at LAX to board our plane...

We made it to Milwaukee no problems..Paige ate a little on the plane, slept a little, and played a little. It was funny because there were a lot of other little ones on the plane too and the pilot announced that he would get everyone there in time to see their grandparents or something along that line. He knew that Paige was going to visit her grandparents:) She was better than I could have thought on her first plane ride. Grammy flew with us to which was a great help to have an extra pair of arms.
We stopped for a little detour before heading to the grandparents house and went to watch the planes land while I fed Paige. That was a neat experience. Once we arrived at Adam's parents place, Grandma couldn't wait to hold Paige! This was our first time seeing their new house and it was quite impressive...So much land and the house just kept going and going...
Grandma had picked up a few things for Paige's visit..she had diapers and wipes waiting for us, which was such a big help and hot bought Paige a couple of really cute toys...here she is with her activity rings that she just loves!
Grandma also pulled out this rocking chair for Paige to use while she was there and it was fantastic. Paige loved it and felt like such a big girl in it and it was a great place for her during our visit.
Here she is in her travel bed that Grandma found for her - it is amazing that babies can really just sleep anywhere...she slept in it really good every night. It was weird having her back in the same room with use. I loved being able to peak at her anytime I liked, but I definitely remember having her in our room with us and I guess I didn't realize how muchharder it is to sleep with your little baby right there - every noise and you are up!
Here we are hanging out on the driveway...the weather was perfect when we arrived and it felt like we were out camping with all the nice fresh air and gorgeous trees everywhere.
Here is Adam and Paige outside of their house.
One morning when we were up early (someone decided they were hungry) we walked out into the kitchen and there was a deer standing right outside the slider doors in the backyard - you gotta love WI!

Paige just kicking it at Grandma and Grandpa's
We can't wait to go back for another visit...when Paige s older she will love playing in all of the grass and yard that is there and with all of the toys that Grandma and Grandpa have there. It will be fun to play in a basement too:)
