Our First Night

......in our new house!!!!

Well, we did not stay over the night yet, but we brought over a lot of things, including some Halloween decorations (there are priorities:)

We ate dinner there and had a lot of fun starting to get things ready to move in.

Paige had so much fun just running all around the house and being able to go anywhere. We brought over a lot of her toys and she already knows which room is hers.

Auntie Janice met us over there to hand over the keys and was ready to roll up her sleeves and begin working. The wine she brought to help celebrate helped too. This whole process was so much more special and easier with Auntie Janice helping us along the way. She helped us find the perfect house and we feel so lucky to have had her by our side every step of the way!

Paige has the keys to the house. (Is is sooo funny because she pulled out the keys all be herself and was standing right there by the door). Weird how much kids know and pick up on. She also loves "packing" :)

Now Paige has a long hallway that she can run up and down. I caught her walking back and forth up the hallway talking on the phone:) I can see her doing this here when she is a teenager too.:)

One of our first house guests was a lizard that we found in our wall while we were vaccuuming some of the baseboards. Adam, thankfully, put it right outside. I am sure that will not be the only critter we will find living next to all of the nature that is around us:)

We are so happy for all of the memories that we are going to make in our new home and can't wait to get all settled in.
