No, we have not given up on Molly and are trying to sell her:)
We are, however, going to try and sell our condo. It officially went up for sale today and we will just have to wait and see if a buyer comes along who wants to offer a good price. It is very exciting that we may have a house with a yard in the upcoming months, but the unknown does fill me with anxiety.
Only time will tell, but I am just more than over having to deal with four flights of stairs with a todller:)
Please keep your fingers crossed for us and if you know anyone who wants a condo in Orange County send them our way:)
We have again recruited Auntie Janice to be a our realtor. Here is the listing of our place with pictures and everything. She did a great job with the description. How could you not want to live here after reading this?!?:)
If you are looking for us, we are probably busy keeping our place clean in case someone wants to pop over and see it:)
